Shipping Policy
Gifting Smile delivers handmade and personalized gifting products across India through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it is carefully prepared and packed to ensure safe delivery.
Processing time for orders may vary depending on the type of product and level of personalization involved. Personalized and custom-made gifts usually require additional preparation time. Estimated delivery timelines mentioned on the website are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, festive seasons, weather conditions, or operational challenges.
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including recipient name, address, contact number, and pin code. Gifting Smile shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or return shipments caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer wherever applicable. Delivery timelines are dependent on the courier partner, and Gifting Smile does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time unless explicitly stated.
In case of non-availability of the recipient at the delivery address, re-delivery or additional courier charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of handmade and personalized products, orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified. Personalized items are created specifically based on the details provided by the customer and cannot be resold.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in genuine cases where:
The product received is damaged during transit
An incorrect product is delivered
There is a manufacturing defect or error from our side
To raise a request, customers must contact Gifting Smile within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging for verification. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
Upon successful verification, Gifting Smile may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at its sole discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
No refunds or replacements shall be provided in cases of:
Minor variations in color, design, arrangement, or packaging (as these are natural in handmade products)
Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
Delivery delays caused by courier partners
Recipient unavailability or refusal to accept delivery
Return Policy
As most products are personalized and handmade, returns are not accepted unless explicitly approved by Gifting Smile after verification of a valid issue.
